Page access and correspondence
When a page is requested, the browser supplies its address and connection information to the hosting service. An email enquiry includes the information you choose to send, which helps identify the matter and respond. Avoid including passwords or complete payment-card details.
Preferences held by the browser
The language selection and saved character hearts use local browser storage. They are kept with that browser's site data rather than automatically becoming preferences on every device. Clearing that data removes those locally saved choices.
How visits are measured
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. Measurement data is sent to Google, and cookies can be used to distinguish visitors and sessions. Cookie restrictions in the browser can limit storage; opening a private window is not itself a promise that no measurement takes place.
Making a privacy or data enquiry
Identify the relevant account or correspondence and describe what you want to know or change. We may need appropriate verification before releasing or removing information. Supply only the details necessary for that request.
